As part of the 2023 Lunar New Year, La Cosmetique was delighted to be proud sponsors of the highly anticipated 2023 Chinese New Year Banquet hosted by the prestigious Haymarket Chamber of Commerce. This annual event is considered one of the biggest and most exciting Lunar New Year celebrations in Sydney, brought together a vibrant community of businesses and individuals to commemorate the auspicious occasion. La Cosmetique took great pride in joining hands with other esteemed Sydney-based brands to contribute to the festivities and make the event truly memorable.

The Chinese New Year Banquet was more than just an annual banquet to usher in the Year of the Rabbit, it was a culmination of the beautiful acceptance of multi-culturalism within Australian society. In a post-Covid 19 world, this joining of arms and appreciation of those around us has never been more important. La Cosmetique commitment to perpetuating these notions of love and acceptance is something we take seriously, and equality for all people within society is something we will continue to strive towards. It was particularly exciting and encouraging to see former Australian Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, attend this event and show so much support towards the Asian community. 

As part of the celebration, La Cosmetique also hosted a lucky lottery, adding an element of excitement and anticipation for the attendees. The event provided an excellent opportunity for La Cosmetique to engage with the community, showcase our products, and share in the joy and spirit of Lunar New Year celebrations.
